Role and Responsibilities

• Provide individualized massage therapy treatments tailored to client needs
• Support clients with pain management, recovery, stress reduction, mobility, and wellness goals
• Maintain accurate and professional charting
• Collaborate with other practitioners to support integrated patient care
• Build meaningful relationships with clients
• Contribute positively to clinic culture and team collaboration
• Support the attraction and retention of clients through exceptional care and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with MTAS
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative and patient-centered mindset
• Commitment to evidence-informed care

Experience or interest in WCB and SGI injury rehabilitation, persistent pain and nervous system regulation, sports rehabilitation, prenatal and postpartum care, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, chronic tension presentations, or stress management would be considered an asset.
