Membership Insurance
MTAS members are required to carry professional liability insurance to protect both themselves and their clients. The Association provides information on the insurance policy options available to members.
Professional Liability Insurance
All practicing members must have at least $2 million in professional liability and malpractice insurance. Proof of coverage is required for membership application, renewal and reinstatement.

Accepted Insurance Providers
Members can choose their own provider, but coverage must meet MTAS standards. We have specially negotiated rates with our partner brokers.
Proof of Insurance Submission
Must be uploaded through the MTAS member portal before renewal
