Membership Insurance
MTAS members are required to carry professional liability insurance to protect both themselves and their clients. The association also provides information on additional insurance options available to members.
Professional Liability Insurance
All practicing members must have at least $2 million in professional liability and malpractice insurance. Proof of coverage is required for membership renewal and reinstatement.

Members can choose their own provider, but coverage must meet MTAS standards
Proof of Insurance Submission
Must be uploaded through the MTAS member portal before renewal
