Queen City Sports Massage & Associates is seeking a full-time Registered Massage Therapist with strong assessment-based treatment skills to join our collaborative team in downtown Regina. We are a busy clinic with high client demand and are looking to add a therapist who can help us continue care for our existing clients and support ongoing growth.

About Our Clinic

Our clinic is centrally located in downtown Regina, one block north of the museum on Smith Street, in a professional, welcoming, and quiet environment. We are a team-based clinic of experienced massage therapists who value collaboration, client-centered care, and clear communication.

Clinic features include

• Central downtown location with 2-hour street parking for clients
• Flexible schedule Sunday through Thursday
• Online booking and website advertising provided
• Staff parking available
• Large reception and waiting area
• Wheelchair accessible clinic space
• Direct billing available for clients
• Square terminals used by each therapist for payment processing

Treatment rooms are shared with another therapist and may include either a hydraulic or non-hydraulic table depending on the room selected.

This position is ideal for someone ready to step into a full-time or part-time caseload and help maintain continuity of care for our clients.

Compensation
We offer:

• Competitive commission split or
• Room rental options to suit the successful applicant’s preferred working model

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, assessment-based massage therapy treatments
• Develop and adapt treatment plans based on client presentation and goals
• Maintain accurate, professional clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with other therapists in the clinic
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent client caseload
• Manage client payments using a Square terminal or payment method you prefer

Qualifications

• Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the appropriate Saskatchewan regulatory/association body
• Strong skills in assessment-based treatment and clinical reasoning
• Comfortable working independently with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and eager to build and expand their clientele
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to professional conduct and client-centered care

Assets (not required):

• MTAS membership (ability to treat SGI and WCB clients)
