More than 80 percent of our guests return each season, with many visiting us for over a decade. Most new guests join us through word of mouth, a testament to the experience we provide. The role:

The role of our massage therapist extends beyond the massage table. Mornings involve leading a stretch class before breakfast, followed by helping in the lodge, and afternoons and evenings are focused on guest treatments.

Typical day:

  • 6:45 am: Lead a 30 minute sports stretch class for guests
  • Assist with breakfast service and light cleaning
  • Support with light laundry duties
  • Midday break to rest, ski (if possible), or recharge
  • Afternoon and evening: Provide 4- 6 scheduled massages once guests return from skiing and after dinner

Work schedule:

  • Season runs January 16-April 11, 2026
  • 6 days on, 1 day off

Responsibilities:

  • Provide up to 4-6 sports / deep tissue massages per day (typically afternoons and evenings)
  • Be available for additional massage requests during the day when needed
  • Lead a comprehensive 30 minute stretch class each morning before breakfast
  • Assist with breakfast service and clearing duties
  • Launder massage linens and assist with general lodge laundry
  • Support the lodge team with other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) preferred, but will consider applicants who have completed a minimum 1000 hour massage therapy course
  • Experience with sports or deep tissue massage is an asset
  • Comfortable living and working in a remote lodge environment
  • Friendly, professional, and able to work well within a small team

Compensation and benefits:

  • Competitive commission for massage services
  • Daily wage of $60 for lodge duties
  • Gratuities that typically average $130–$180 per working day
  • Room and board provided (accommodation and meals included)

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in therapeutic and relaxation massage; training in additional techniques (e.g., prenatal, sports massage, myofascial release) is an asset
