Warman Physiotherapy & Wellness has 2 clinic locations - one in Warman, and the second in Saskatoon's Evergreen area. We have availability for a new therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Warman (or Saskatoon) effective October 1, 2024. At this time we have a full time (4 days/week at 5-6 hour days) therapist that will be moving to Alberta whose caseload in Warman will be available for a therapist to take on effective October 29, 2024.

Our team is focused on providing comprehensive and compassionate care to our clients of all ages. We have in both clinics Physiotherapy, Counselling, Naturopathic care and acupuncture available to our clients, and Warman location has additional support with exercise services and Massage. This is an Independent Contractor position and based on performance you may be offered an opportunity to become an Employee contingent upon performance after the end of a probationary period (Days 1-90). COMPENSATION:

Tired of working for a really big piece of a very small pie (a very high fee split for you to take home, but an empty schedule, and therefore small pay cheques)? At MYo Lab, we believe in growing the size of the pie and scaling the size of the slice based on your appetite. Starting fee split for a RMT is 65% with additional bonuses up to 68% for exceeding Monthly Revenue Targets.

EXAMPLE OF AVAILABLE SCHEDULE:

We are looking for a RMT who wants to work at least 30 hours/week. Based on the below hours, it's mandatory that you choose your hours within the given options below and not outside of these hours. Here's an example of the hours that you will be able to choose your own schedule from:

Sundays @ 9am-6pm, Mondays @ 9am-4:15pm, Tuesday/Wednesdays @ 9am-3pm OR 6pm-9pm, & Thursdays @ 9am-1pm OR 9am-6pm. You'll have the option to attend Weekly Team Meetings Mondays @ 1-2pm; Weekly Role Play Meetings Mondays @ 12-12:45 pm).= ~32 Total hours over 5 days/week w/ Team Meeting + Role Play Meeting (as desired)

*Option 1 is a simple example of what we are aiming to hire, though ultimately if you are the right candidate we are open to hearing your proposal for hours within on our business hours (Sundays @ 9-6pm; Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays @ 9am-9pm; Thursdays @ 9am-6pm)

The Massage discipline at MYo Lab has the capacity to easily support a full time RMT, working the above hours. This means you can be as busy as you want to be and make as much money as you want to make!

***For example, an average Massage Therapist at MYo Lab with 30hrs of scheduled availability (assuming not completely booked) could expect to take home ~$4,800/month.
