This course will introduce you to the anatomy and physiology of the CranioSacral System through our practical hands-on "learning by discovery" method. You will learn advanced palpatory skills, fascial and soft tissue release techniques, and a concise 10-step protocol for evaluation and treatment of the entire body via the CranioSacral System. To supplement class instruction you will receive a fully-illustrated, comprehensive study guide.

Functional Integrative Movement Specialist - level 1

The Functional Integrative Movement Specialist Level One course is designed to bridge the gap between manual therapy, neuroscience, and functional movement. This two-day intensive training introduces practitioners to an integrative model of assessment, correction, and neuromyofascial repatterning—rooted in applied neuroscience, fascial biomechanics, and breath mechanics.
You’ll explore how the body’s connective tissue network, nervous system, and cellular environment work together to shape movement efficiency, posture, and pain perception. Through self-myofascial release, guided movement, and assessment frameworks, participants will learn to identify dysfunctions and restore optimal movement patterns that enhance performance and longevity.

Shiatsu is a Japanese healing art in which finger pressure is used on tsubos (pressure points) on the body to normalize body function, relieve pain and tension, and increase the function of the body's organs to maintain and improve health. Shiatsu is one of the best health care methods in daily life that can treat and help prevent illness.

These workshops are presented by Saskatoon's Shiatsu Master Yuki Sugimoto of the Saskatoon Shiatsu Centre and Training Institute. The Shiatsu Massage Training Institute is the only one of its kind in Saskatchewan. Master Sugimoto has 20 years experience teaching Shiatsu.
