Instructor created the original Deep Tissue hot Stone class in 2003 with course approval when only spa style was offered. Full body all major muscle groups- legs IT band, Back erectors spinalis, low back glut QL, arms pectorals. Fibre stripping with edge of stone, focus is deep tissue. Great release! SAVE YOUR HANDS! Heat more effective then pain killers and longer lasting results.
30 hour certificate with 20 hours training and 10 hours practicum done on your own clients after class.

8am-6:30pm - 2 days.
